Exhibition A Painted Ship upon a Painted Ocean

One of the great British battleships, known for her part in the destruction of the German battleship Bismarck. We see the ship operating in the Mediterranean in 1943 with other vessels of the Royal Navy fading into a soft sunset.

This painting is also available through Marine Artists' gallery and is signed in the lower left corner and dated in the lower right.
